More complex tasks, such as hardware repairs or data recovery, typically take 3 to 5 business days, depending on the issue and part availability.

All devices must be properly checked in with necessary documentation, and service quotes will be provided before any work begins. Payments are due upon completion, with no hidden charges.
Refund Policy – AIT Solutions
At AIT Solutions, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of IT services—especially diagnostics, software installations, and repairs—refunds are generally not provided once a service has been completed. If you're not satisfied with the outcome, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of service, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue or offer a rework at no extra charge.
