Refund Policy – AIT Solutions
At AIT Solutions, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of IT services—especially diagnostics, software installations, and repairs—refunds are generally not provided once a service has been completed. If you're not satisfied with the outcome, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of service, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue or offer a rework at no extra charge.
